Exchange Policy
🇵🇰 Local Orders (Pakistan)
- Exchanges only through our Online Store.
- Items must be unused, with labels and tags intact.
- Eligible only if the wrong product was delivered, or the product is faulty/damaged.
- Requests must be made within 14 working days of delivery.
- Courier charges for exchanges are paid by the customer.
🌍 International Orders
- Exchanges are not available for international orders.
- Exception: incorrect or faulty items received.
🏷️ Sale Items
- No exchanges on sale items.
- Exception: only if the wrong product was delivered.

Exchange Procedure
If you received the wrong item or a faulty/damaged product, follow these steps:

Order Cancellation
- Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement.
- Once shipped, a shipping confirmation email with tracking details will be sent. At this stage, cancellations are no longer possible — the exchange policy applies.
- Toyhive.co reserves the right to cancel orders in certain cases:
