Exchange Policy

🇵🇰 Local Orders (Pakistan)

  • Exchanges only through our Online Store.
  • Items must be unused, with labels and tags intact.
  • Eligible only if the wrong product was delivered, or the product is faulty/damaged.
  • Requests must be made within 14 working days of delivery.
  • Courier charges for exchanges are paid by the customer.

🌍 International Orders

  • Exchanges are not available for international orders.
  • Exception: incorrect or faulty items received.

🏷️ Sale Items

  • No exchanges on sale items.
  • Exception: only if the wrong product was delivered.

Exchange Procedure

If you received the wrong item or a faulty/damaged product, follow these steps:

    Contact our Customer Service Team within 14 working days of delivery.

    Provide your order number and a clear description of the issue.

    Our representative will arrange the correct item for you as quickly as possible.

Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement.
  • Once shipped, a shipping confirmation email with tracking details will be sent. At this stage, cancellations are no longer possible — the exchange policy applies.
  • Toyhive.co reserves the right to cancel orders in certain cases:
